Malaysia Business Excellence (MBE)

MBE is an initiative of Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC). These terms govern your use of the MBE Platform and its services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Malaysia Business Excellence (MBE) Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform. MBE is an initiative of Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC), and these terms are governed accordingly.

2. Use of Platform

The MBE Platform provides information and services related to business excellence programmes, including but not limited to:

Training and development programmes

Conventions and conferences (ICC, ICQCC, APQO, IQPC)

Study missions and knowledge exchange programmes

Diagnostic and consultation services

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of, this platform by any third party.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) or its content suppliers and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from MPC.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the MBE Platform, you are responsible for:

a Providing accurate and complete information when registering or submitting forms on the platform.

b Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, if applicable.

c Complying with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations when using the platform.

d Not attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its related systems.

5. Registration and Events

Registration for events, training programmes, and study missions through the MBE Platform is subject to availability. MPC reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any event. In the event of cancellation by MPC, registered participants will be notified and applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with the specific event's refund policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

The MBE Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. Malaysia Productivity Corporation makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. MPC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this platform.

7. Amendments

Malaysia Productivity Corporation reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this platform. Your continued use of the MBE Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
